So here we are in this moment of great energy - the hold-back of the last few months (Jupiter and Saturn both retrograde) ended on 25th January and last Summer's plans are beginning to happen.

The energy has been more intense and gathering speed ever since Christmas (when Mars went into Scorpio opposite Taurus where Saturn is), emotions being triggered at a very deep level and seeming to be far greater than the events warrant. We have this time to discover just what we are feeling, and we only have until 14th February (when Mars will move into Sagittarius). The 4th February could feel as though this train, that has been breaking through its inertia to get moving, suddenly feels the weight of the coaches yank it back until even the coaches start to move forward. That yank back on 4th (Mars directly opposite Saturn) coincides with the beginning of potentially more confusion in outer communication (Mercury retrograde from 4th to 25th February) so we will need to be as patient as we can manage to allow the train to gather speed without upsetting its load. We will need to be patient with ourselves and with other people, and focus on letting emotions go through and out as soon as they arise. It often helps to write a letter to whoever has triggered your emotions, a letter which you never send - and it is great to burn the letter and let your emotions burn off you at the same time.
